My Sunday Blessing -The blessing chant for pagan wiccan witchcraft ritual and ceremonies

The Blessing Chant

May the powers of The One,
the source of all creation;
all-pervasive, omnipotent, eternal;
may the Goddess,
the Lady of the Moon;
and the God,
Horned Hunter of the Sun;
may the powers of the Spirits of the Stones,
rulers of the elemental realms;
may the powers of the stars above and the Earth below,
bless this place, and this time, and all who are with you.

This prayer is actually based on a much older one, used at the beginning of Gardnerian rituals. It is called The Dryghtyn Prayer, usually, although it has no official title, and this is the text of it:

In the name of Dryghtyn, the Ancient Providence,
Who was from the beginning and is for eternity,
Male and Female, the Original Source of all things;
all-knowing, all-pervading, all-powerful;
changeless, eternal.
In the name of the Lady of the Moon,
and the Lord of Death and Resurrection.
In the name of the Mighty Ones of the Four Quarters,
the Kings of the Elements.
Blessed be this place, and this time,
and they who are now with us.

Nice adaptation, though! Did you write it?
