My Sunday Blessing-Spring

This week I'm blogging about the spring as Beltane is nearly upon us and we are having an unseasonably warm spring this year. My Wisteria has flowered really well this year we normally only get one flower but this year there are three.

I also bought a rose and have planted it in a pot it's a Cambridge rose so It will have round pink flowers, not looking too impressive yet, but better than when I bought it it came in a bag with no soil.

Hopefully I'll get some flowers later in the year to show you, I've also got some pots of miniature daffodils that have flowered, and am waiting for all my tulips and lilies to flower so I can photograph them. I love this time of year when everything is starting to grow and flower again and you can go outside without suffering the cold.

Sorry I've missed the Sunday Blessing a few times I've been very busy I'll try to remember to do it from now on I can see the blog roll has grown a lot so welcome to all the new participants.

The warmer weather is a blessing..:) I tend to get depressed in the colder, darker months. Cheers from Toronto, and happy BYB Sunday. :)

Tending to flowering plants is said to be a great stress-reliever and I am sure seeing one in bloom must give a lot of pleasure.

Happy BYB sunday and have a great rest of the week!

Personally, I like the bit from "The Wicker Man" where one character is incredulous that a bunch of women are jumping over a bonfire in the nude.

Incredulous onlooker: Why are they jumping over a bonfire naked?!!

Other onlooker, regarding the first like he's a moron: It's much too dangerous to do it with your clothes on!

Lovely plants. Daughter is trying to grow flowers this year. I'm staying out of it. I killed the zuchini a couple of years ago and decided that plants are better off without me.
